Role Overview

We are building the future of House of Amber Nectar, and we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Strategic Operations to be on the front lines of our next growth phase.

This is a fast-paced, high-legwork role designed for a sharp, early-career professional who wants to understand how a business actually runs from the ground up. You will work directly alongside our Executive Directors, diving straight into the daily grit of our core departments: Production, Delivery Operations, Sales Processes and Sales Administration.

You won't be sitting in a corner managing spreadsheets all day. You will be on the floor, on the move, and deeply involved in the daily execution. However, we aren't just looking for muscle—we are looking for a brain. As you do the legwork, you will be learning our systems inside out, identifying where things friction, and helping us build a faster, smarter, and more scalable operation.

What You Will Actually Do (The Legwork)

• Get in the Trenches: Dive into production and delivery workflows. You will learn the actual hands-on processes that keep our products moving, from the floor to the final delivery.

• Shadow & Execute: Tail our Managing Director and Deputy Director on operational audits and strategic projects, acting as their hands on the ground to get new initiatives up, running, and stabilized.

• Support Sales Admin & Data: Help bridge the gap between physical operations and office admin. You’ll assist with processing data, keeping tracking systems airtight, and ensuring operational information flows smoothly.

• Problem-Solve on the Fly: When an operational bottleneck happens on the floor or a delivery route hits a snag, you’ll be right there helping to troubleshoot, execute the fix, and figure out how we can do it better next time.
