Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturer of fragrances and flavours. Currently hiring for Strategic Procurement Executive on a 12 Months Contract. 

Payroll and Headcount under Reeracoen Singapore.

【 What you will be doing 】
- Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests – process and track requests, expedite documents and samples, and ensure all requests are fulfilled.
- Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs, etc.
- Update assigned Purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
- Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
- Assist in maintaining information for the Global Purchasing Database.
- Assist buyers in project coordination.
- Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mail and parcels.

- Min GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in Business Administration or similar majors
- At least 1 year of similar experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
