Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability across Shopee Singapore’s businesses, in alignment with business priorities
Manage category growth and profitability initiatives across relevant business areas
Structure ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, analysis, and scalable strategy development
Support Shopee’s AI capability building by identifying use cases, driving the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities, and improving business workflows
Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, from development and implementation to business case realisation
Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely and effective communication
Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Exposure to consumer, retail, e-commerce, category management, or AI-related projects would be advantageous
Familiarity with AI, chatbots, automation tools, or technology-enabled workflow improvements is beneficial
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand category performance, seller needs, and buyer behaviour
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
