Strategy Developer

What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize trading strategies and market-making algorithms in the cryptocurrency markets.  
- Design and maintain automated monitoring systems for 24/7 trading operations.  
- Create and enhance C++ and Python applications using proprietary market data and order execution interfaces.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, brainstorm trading ideas, and review system designs.  
- Monitor algorithm performance, ensuring alignment with technical, risk, and profit objectives.  
- Participate in the full lifecycle of trading system development, from ideation to implementation and ongoing support.  

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Experienced in high-frequency trading, market-making, or arbitrage strategies in traditional or cryptocurrency markets.

- Knowledgeable about risk management in trading and capable of balancing performance with reliability.  
- Proficient in network programming, Linux configuration, and distributed system design.
