Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Marker (U-Turn) with hands-on experience in structural marking and steel fabrication for industrial and construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in interpreting structural drawings and layout plans, with specific expertise in U-turn marking patterns for welding and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and mark structural steel components based on technical drawings, blueprints, and layout instructions.
  

• Perform U-Turn marking layout for fabrication of beams, columns, trusses, and other steel structures.
  

• Coordinate with fabricators and welders to ensure correct marking and alignment for welding and cutting.
  

• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools such as tapes, levels, squares, and calipers.
  

• Ensure marking complies with industry standards, client specifications, and safety requirements.
  

• Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments before handover to the welding team.
  

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe and organized manner.
  

• Follow all site safety protocols and adhere to company work standards and timelines.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related fields.
  

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Structural Marker in fabrication or construction industries.
  

• Prior Gulf experience or Singapore experience is a plus.
  

• U-Turn experience in layout marking is mandatory.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of structural drawings and fabrication symbols.
  

• Skilled in U-Turn layout marking for structural steelwork.
  

• Proficient in measuring instruments and layout tools.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  

• Knowledge of fabrication tolerances and quality standards.
  

• Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials.
