Structural Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Supervisor to manage and oversee all structural construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of structural works, experience in supervising site teams, and the ability to ensure project timelines and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all structural works including formwork, rebar, concreting, and steel structures
  

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
  

• Coordinate with structural engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to maintain smooth workflow
  

• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
  

• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and ensure project timelines are met
  

• Troubleshoot site issues and implement effective solutions
  

• Enforce site discipline, safety rules, and good housekeeping practices
  

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  

• Certification in construction safety or site supervision (preferred)
  

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of structural drawings, codes, and construction techniques
  

• Ability to supervise large workforces and coordinate with various stakeholders
  

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  

• Good communication and reporting abilities
  

• Familiarity with structural inspection and quality control procedures
