Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Structure Engineer
• Working Location: Expo
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations for building façades using design software.
• Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specifications.
• Work with the design team and quantity surveyors to resolve structural issues for façade works.
• Review architectural drawings and develop practical façade design solutions that meet the design intent and are buildable.
• Collaborate with consultants, the Professional Engineer (PE), and the Accredited Checker (AC) on structural matters, ensuring alignment with shop drawings for submission.
• Prepare and manage BCA submissions for approval.
• Maintain records in line with ISO/OHSAS procedures.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient with structural analysis software.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
