RESPONSIBILITIES

At Allkin Singapore's Student Academy, we create safe, nurturing spaces where students aged 7-14 can grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive — and our coordinators are at the heart of making that happen.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Student Support

• Supervise students during study time, meals, and activities
• Build positive relationships and support students' social-emotional development
• Apply behaviour management strategies and escalate concerns when needed

Programme Facilitation

• Plan and facilitate developmental activities, holiday programmes, and outings
• Conduct homework supervision and provide day-to-day learning support

Operations & Engagement

• Maintain accurate student attendance and documentation records
• Communicate with parents and caregivers on students' progress and well-being
• Support in daily centre operations the onboarding of new students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, schools, and social workers whenever required.

• Minimum 'O' Level.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and parents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to challenges.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
