Student Development Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for student development activities, including CCAs, enrichment programmes, camps and overseas trips.
• Coordinate activity documentation, attendance tracking, budget management, procurement, instructor engagement, risk management, inventory, logistics and parent communications.
• Ensure activities comply with school standard operating procedures and safety regulations, and assist with reviewing procedures when required.
• Support students' learning, welfare and holistic development during CCAs and other activities.
• Facilitate student reflections and work with instructors and external partners to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Support the planning and smooth execution of key CCA events and other student development programmes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by School Leaders and the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youths, preferably in an educational or social service setting.
• Patient and genuinely interested in mentoring and supporting students.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when engaging with students and parents.
• A good team player with the ability to balance discipline with developmental support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking student progress. 

Duration/Working Hours: 

3 months - opt to extend up to 3 months (4 Jan 2027 to 19 March 2027) 

 Weekdays only
20 Working Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9.00am – 6.00pm (CCA days)
