Student Management Officer

Job Description:

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to students with behavioural and discipline needs.
• Plan and conduct motivational talks and student engagement programmes.
• Assist with student discipline, incident fact-finding, and after-school neighbourhood patrols.
• Support parent engagement on student behaviour and discipline matters.
• Work closely with the Discipline Master to promote positive student development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.
• Experience in planning and conducting motivational or educational programmes is an advantage.
• Experience organizing physical or youth development activities is preferred.
• Passionate about supporting and mentoring children and youth.
