Student Management Officer - MOE School- Bukit Batok

Contract Period:

• 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 8am to 5pm (inclusive of 1hr lunch break)
• Fri: 8am to 4.30pm (Inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)

Scope of works:

1. Help to locate and manage students in holding rooms during case management (e.g. missing students, meltdowns, discipline case).
2. Support SDT to take statement from students as part of case management.
3. Supervise student detention and in-school suspension.
4. Supervise /engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support.
5. Assist to review CCTV footage for case management.
6. Assist the Case Management Team (CMT) to maintain records of all cases.
7. Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby premises
8. Support school events, e.g. Chaperone student supporters for NSG finals, Open House.
9. During Home-Based Learning and school holidays – attached to school admin / operations teams.
10. Any other duties as decided by school leaders.

Requirement:

• The Personnel shall either have prior experience, preferably in a school environment or relevant experience with the skills necessary in handling student management matters.
