Subcontracting Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the execution of sub-contractor agreements and ensure adherence to the project timeline, quality standards, and budget. 
• Monitor sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and compliance with contractual obligations. 
• Implement effective cost control measures, identifying and managing any contract variations or claims. 
• Maintain strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. 
• Manage risk, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Reporting to Project service manager on day to day operational works. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects. Similar experiences can be considered. 
• Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendor, suppliers 
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
