Job Description - Supervisor

Supervise and lead electricians: Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Project planning and coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Technical oversight: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; troubleshoot complex electrical issues; provide technical guidance to staff.
Safety and compliance: Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards; conduct site inspections to identify risks.
Equipment management: Oversee maintenance, repair, and procurement of electrical equipment; ensure proper functioning and availability on-site.
Team development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff; foster a safe and productive work environment.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other trades, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
