Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for building construction and major upgrading projects. The candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, schedule, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and upgrading activities on site.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and site manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Review construction drawings and ensure proper execution of work.
• Monitor materials usage and arrange site resources effectively.
• Identify and resolve site issues and report project updates to management.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction or upgrading projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and project execution.
• Familiar with workplace safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in basic reporting and documentation.
