Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for building construction and major upgrading projects. The candidate will coordinate manpower, monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety requirements, and support timely completion of projects according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and upgrading activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and project requirements.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and site manpower allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction quality meets specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Review drawings and site instructions to ensure proper execution of works.
• Monitor materials usage and arrange site resources efficiently.
• Identify and resolve site issues and escalate project risks where necessary.
• Maintain site records, reports, attendance, and progress documentation.
• Ensure site housekeeping and operational safety are maintained at all times.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
