Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily wholesale operations involving livestock, meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood products. The candidate will supervise operational activities, manage staff, ensure product quality, and support efficient inventory and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and wholesale operations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, packing, and delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and proper stock rotation.
• Supervise workers and allocate manpower according to operational requirements.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Conduct routine checks on product quality and storage conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records accurately.
• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support training and supervision of staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or operations experience, preferably in wholesale, food distribution, warehouse, or related industries.
• Knowledge of inventory control and operational coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with food hygiene and handling standards is an advantage.
