Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will lead service staff, coordinate daily activities, maintain food quality standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and manage service staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Assign duties, manage staff schedules, and monitor attendance.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support management activities.
• Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are properly followed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or food service supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
