Job Description:

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site operations for building construction and upgrading projects. The role includes coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.

2. Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

3. Assist the Project Manager or Site Manager in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

4. Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures.

5. Conduct regular site inspections and report work progress, site issues, and defects to management.

6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.

7. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at the worksite.

8. Check and record workers’ attendance, work progress, and material usage.

9. Assist in resolving site problems and coordinating rectification works.

10. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in building construction, renovation, or upgrading works.

2. Able to supervise construction workers and coordinate daily site operations.

3. Basic knowledge of construction drawings, site safety, and project workflow.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Able to work independently and under pressure.

6. Willing to work at different project sites when required.
