Oversee the clinic operations of the assigned clinics such as staff scheduling and management, patient flow management, handling patient feedback and complaints, and supporting clinic administration
Develop and implement patient-care policies and procedures together with other stakeholders and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows, and increase work efficiency
Review existing policies, processes, guidelines and training program to ensure that our staff provides a good patient experience
Manage a team of staff , which includes providing counselling, training and development and to improve their performance
