SUPERVISOR

*Job Responsibilities*

1. Supervise daily operations and ensure all activities comply with established quality control and inspection standards.

2. Monitor feed formulation implementation, manufacturing processes, and operating procedures to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and cost control. Assist in process improvements and technical implementation where required.

3. Coordinate the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics arrangements to ensure smooth operational flow and timely product delivery.

4. Supervise operational staff, assign daily work, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.

5. Coordinate with the R&D, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to support operational efficiency, product quality, and customer requirements.

6. Monitor equipment operation and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.

7. Prepare operational, inventory, quality, and other related reports as required.

8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
