The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting the achievement of the company's business objectives. The role requires effective leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the department to ensure efficient workflow.
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.
Assign tasks, prepare work schedules, and monitor staff attendance and productivity.
Ensure employees comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational resources, and coordinate replenishment or maintenance when required.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records as required by management.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist management in implementing company policies, operational improvements, and business initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
