Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, supervising service staff, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and supporting the management team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of service staff, kitchen helpers, cashiers, and other operational employees.

2. Ensure smooth daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, order handling, stock arrangement, and outlet cleanliness.

3. Monitor staff attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline.

4. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new and existing employees.

5. Ensure that food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures are strictly followed.

6. Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

7. Check inventory levels and assist in ordering food ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.

8. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.

9. Ensure that all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained and kept clean.

10. Assist in preparing staff schedules and arranging manpower according to business needs.

11. Support the management team in implementing operational improvements and achieving business targets.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Previous working experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

• Able to supervise and lead a team effectively.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to handle operational issues independently.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
