Job Description & Requirements

• Overall in charge of operations.
• Plan work schedule
• Provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, check works at frequent intervals, and maintain schedules
• Ensure employee follow safety, quality requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times
• Support overtime.
• Must have relevant experience.
• Other duties assigned by the manager or director
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain good customer service toward guest, residents, shoppers and customers
• Assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes.
• To assist in office and administrative matters.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance
• To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP.
• To receive and forward all courier service documents & parcels at the reception counter.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
