Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily business operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high service standards, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, guide, and motivate staff to achieve operational and service standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily work assignments.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and replenishment.
• Verify daily sales, cash handling, and operational records.
• Coordinate with management on operational issues and business improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the premises.
• Ensure all operations comply with Singapore's employment and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
