SUPERVISOR

Read and interpret technical drawings independently, perform material take-off and cutting layouts, and plan production workflow accordingly.

Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of kitchen cabinetry, ensuring product quality meets company standards.

Manage and assign daily tasks to workshop workers, monitor work progress and productivity.

Control material wastage and minimise production costs.

Train and guide new workers, improve the overall technical skills of the team.

Perform routine maintenance and care of machinery and equipment, ensure a safe working environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.

Job Requirements:

Prior work experience in Singapore's woodworking or cabinetry industry is preferred.

Able to work independently from reading drawings and cutting materials to fabrication and installation.

Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, with good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work overtime as required and comply with company management.
