Supervisor

The Minimart Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, and product availability. This role includes sales reporting and active involvement in traditional product handling such as flower tying , garland preparation and indian grocery products.

Store Operations:

• Manage and oversee daily minimart activities.
• Open and close the store according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards in the store.

Inventory & Product Management:

• Manage inventory levels of groceries and perishables.
• Ensure timely restocking and proper display of products.
• Handle ordering and liaising with suppliers for Indian grocery items, flowers, and prayer goods.

Flower & Garland Preparation:

• Supervise and assist in flower tying and garland making.
• Ensure fresh flower stock is properly stored and used efficiently.
• Maintain traditional quality and presentation standards of floral items

Customer Service:

• Address customer needs, questions, and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Ensure customers are provided with culturally familiar and respectful service.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.

Sales & Cash Handling:

• Oversee daily sales, billing, and transactions.
• Prepare daily sales summaries and reports.
• Ensure proper handling of cash and payment systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in minimarts or grocery stores.
• Skilled in traditional flower tying and garland preparation (or willing to learn).
• Familiarity with groceries, prayer items, and cultural practices.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
