SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and execute projects to ensure completion within the timeline stipulated in the contract.

Oversee the achievement of production targets and on-time project delivery.

Conduct equipment installation, maintenance and on-site operations to guarantee smooth workflow.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Competent problem-solving ability.

Able to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and carry & lift heavy loads.

Required to work on weekends and public holidays.

Organize workflow by assigning duties and preparing work schedules.

Identify inefficiencies and put forward suggestions for improvement.

Comply strictly with safety regulations and company standards.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Good team player; capable of working independently and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
