Salary :
$3,000 - 5,500 monthly
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager with daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Manager.
Ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the customers.
Organize employee training and conducting periodic assessments
Assist with inventory management, housekeeping, and other tasks.
Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work,
Job Requirements:
Candidates with experience in team management are preferred.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
