SUPERVISOR

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.

• To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections.

• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.

• To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.

• To conduct internal quality inspection and carry out In-process Quality Control.

• To do proper inventory check to ensure enough materials are available for works.

• Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment.

• To control and manage SCS general workers.

• Control and minimize material wastages.

• Carry out In-process Quality Control measures.

• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and daily housekeeping is carried out.

• Resolve any site issues faced at the work site. Report to the higher level if the issue is beyond his capacity to resolve.

• To plan and coordinate inter disciplinary works and shop drawings.

• Receiving materials from suppliers.

• To keep site records (daily journal, DO, etc.).

• To coordinate handing over inspections.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

• Relevant qualification / certificates in architectural discipline (eg. Diploma, NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
