SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Inventive and creative thinking including spatial and environmental design, master planning, story creation reflecting research and location criteria.

Assist leaders in the day-to-day operations of the project and tasks delegated.

Time management and communication with Project Lead and team members of assigned tasks and deliverables to meet fast paced project demands.

Attend office meetings, team briefings and openly communicate and provide reports to Project Lead on a regular basis regarding the progress of individual projects and tasks under their responsibility.

Manage projects of moderate complexity from proposal stage through concept, construction, and closeout phases

At all times ensure the safety of yourself, team members, clients and visitors at workplace.

Requirements

Develop expertise in appropriate construction techniques relevant to project requirements.

Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.

A driver's license is required.

You need to drive to the construction site to monitor progress and make necessary modifications.

Availability to work on weekends as required.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
