SUPERVISOR

Oversee the daily operations of the mobile phone and convenience stall to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Supervise and support staff, including assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.

Manage stock inventory, replenish products, and ensure accurate stock records.

Coordinate and deliver products to different outlets according to the delivery schedule.

Monitor product displays and ensure the stall is clean, organized, and well-presented.

Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer issues professionally.

Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate cash handling when required.

Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.

Liaise with suppliers and coordinate stock orders and deliveries.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures.

Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.

Assist with promotional activities and product launches.

Train and guide new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.

Perform general operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Carry out any other ad hoc duties to support business operations.
