Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Hiring Urgently

Decker Barbecue is an authentic Texas barbecue located in Robertson Quay, featuring a variety of slow smoked meats and casual, friendly dining atmosphere. Our tight knit team prides itself for offering not only the highest quality barbecue and beverage program, but also for its warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere.

We are seeking multiple front of house Supervisor and Assistant Manager roles for the restaurant. These role are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in delivering an excellent service experience to clients, as well as administrative duties in managing catering coordination and general queries via email. Our restaurant is open 6 days a week (Tues-Thur: Dinner Only, Fri-Sun & PH: All Day); full time positions offer 5-day work week.

A competitive package and incentives are offered for this role - our team on average receives a monthly bonus of 10-15% of their salary every month based on business performance.
