Supply Chain Manager - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

Primary:
1. Responsible for the long-term forecasting and confirmation of
purchase orders for all raw materials and equipment, while maintain
the health of the inventory. -70% (Planning & forecasting- Leadership,
organisation skills)

• Establish sound inventory management standards to optimize functional costs across Operations, Logistics and Procurement.
• Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics partners for warehousing, fulfilment, storage cost and reverse logistics.
• Freight Forwarder Management, including coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound, import, and export operations.
• Negotiate shipping schedules and freight rates to ensure cost effective
  transportation of goods.

Secondary:
2. Source, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.

• In-charge of localizing core and non-core goods (subject to review by China Headquarters), including supplier development, negotiation and contract signing, payment reconciliation, and control of procurement costs.
• Coordinating with China Headquarters assisting in the launch of new products.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in supply chain management are a plus.

· Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in logistics and supply chain management.
