Job Summary: Logistics Operations Executive

The Executive - Operations is responsible for developing and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/She monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.

Analytical and logical, he is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

The company offers end-to-end, integrated, and secured logistics services including sourcing and procurement, ordering and inventory control, acceptance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Business Operations and Continuous Improvements:

• Lead workplace teams and optimize resources allocation for diverse business activities.
• Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities. 
• Execute risk mitigation plans.
• Develop measures to enhance quality standards.

2) Safety and Health:

• Manage WSH activities and address non-conformance to standards.
• Perform safety and health risk assessments and lead discussions on safety improvements.
• Address WSH risks and suggest innovative solutions.

3) Sales and Customer Service:

• Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and nurture client relationships.
• Plan and deploy logistics services, ensuring customer requirements are met.

4) Warehousing, Cargo, and Material Handling:

• Execute warehouse performance goals and develop quality management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts, material handling equipment, and security measures.
• Manage cargo-handling schedules and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power Platform applications.
• Diploma/Degree in a logistics-related field.
• 1-3 years of working experience.
