Supply Chain Specialist

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Singapore team, responsible for end-to-end supply chain coordination across purchasing, inventory planning, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role ensures product availability, operational accuracy, and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional and regional stakeholders. The position also supports continuous improvement, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

What Will You Do

• Manage purchasing activities for equipment, consumables, spare parts, and approved third-party items


• Monitor stock levels, demand patterns, and replenishment to ensure product availability and inventory health


• Support forecasting and monthly supply planning processes aligned with business requirements


• Coordinate with regional hubs, global suppliers, and local vendors to ensure timely supply and issue resolution


• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for local deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness


• Track open orders, manage delivery schedules, and communicate status and recovery actions to stakeholders


• Collaborate with logistics partners and transport providers to ensure reliable execution


• Coordinate inbound shipments, including freight handling, customs clearance, and documentation


• Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, reconciliation, and control of stock movements


• Support cross-functional operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Who You Are

• Diploma or higher qualification; equivalent experience considered


• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or inventory operations


• Experience in purchasing, supply planning, freight handling, and cross-functional coordination preferred


• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple priorities


• Solid understanding of procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes


• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI


• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions


• Fluent in written and spoken English
