Supply Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead, develop, coordinate \u0026 establish inspection procedure for incoming materials\n * Setup \u0026 manage team for execution of inspection for material buy-off\n * Setup reporting procedure of quality issues and defects to relevant department\n * Setup SAP workflow for material inspection\n * Setup supplier qualification procedure\n * Ensure conformance according to ISO standards minimum\n * Supplier management; work with suppliers for timely resolution of issues \u0026 drive continuous improvement\n * Execute supplier audit on regular or as when required\n * Core member in new product / process introduction\n * Work closely with R\u0026D Department to conduct quality related tests to support NPI\n * Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering or equivalent\n * At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconduction production \u0026 inspection processes\n * Well-versed with inspection plans, interpret drawings \u0026 deployment of analysis tools such as OGP (optical gaging) and even design customized jigs to aid inspection process.\n * Well versed in MSA, GR\u0026R, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC \u0026 8D, JMP or Minitab, SAP, Tableau\n * Possesses the analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions\n * Certified auditor in ISO 9001:2015 \u0026 IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 Process Audit is preferred, and well-versed with ISO 14001 management systems.\n * Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (Singapore)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
