Job Description - Support Analyst

Able to manage business and provide timely updates on issues & resolutions. 
Able to do capacity management and suggest on the capacity requirements.
Responsible for the application stability .
Manage business operations and provide timely updates on issues, incidents, and their resolutions.
Ensure application stability, availability, and performance across production and non-production environments.
Perform capacity management by monitoring resource utilization and recommending capacity enhancements as needed.
Support and maintain enterprise-level applications built on Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, JIRA, and Confluence.
Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Conduct regular health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance for applications and servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan releases, monitor deployments, and ensure smooth delivery of services.

Experience in supporting enterprise applications.
Experience in supporting enterprise applications in Java, spring boot, angular and cloud technologies.
Experience in CI-CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jfrog, JIRA, confluence etc.
Knowledge in python and shell scripting
Familiarity with relational databases like Maria DB, MySQL
Knowledge in elastic search and Grafana
