Support Engineer (System Admin)

Responsibilities included:

• Managing Microsoft Office 365 license and user list.
• Responsible for Microsoft 365 (Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc), Email, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD, etc.) administration.
• Maintenance of all IT equipment (Desktops and peripherals, Laptop, CCTV security cameras and monitors, printers etc).
• IT support desk, provide support to onsite and remote users ensuring least turnaround time to resolve the issue.
• Manage end-user computing, new joiners, and leavers process.
• Plan and manage IT hardware and software purchases and license compliance.
• Setting up workstation, PDA scanner, install Android app (simple android app for PDA scanner and Mobile phone) for users and monitoring IT equipment.
• Assist for set up VOIP phone extension number for users.
• Troubleshooting Power Automate Platform applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Troubleshoot simple laptop or PC issues like replacement of hard disk and RAM.
• Setup and administer ticketing systems.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Min 2 years of professional experience in related role/s.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
