About the Role:

The SAIS Aquatics Team is inviting applications for a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Competitive Swim Coach to join our Aquatics program and work with our competitive swim squads. This role focuses on delivering and supporting our swim program while coordinating related activities, with opportunities to coach athletes across developmental and performance levels.The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, and adaptable to our growing swim program.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of swim coaching experience
• Lifeguarding experience in pool environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to work with children of different age groups.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to relate confidently to parents and students
• Computer literate (Microsoft &google applications,, Apple OS)
• Experience with Hytek, Team Unifyor other meet software, desirable
• Demonstrates the Stamford Values –Courage, Ingenuity, Compassion, Integrity
• Demonstrates the Athletic Values: Resilience, Outstanding Character,Ambition and Respect.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma
• UKCC Level 2 Swim Coach or International Governing Body Equivalent
• Current Lifeguard Qualification required or ability to achieve prior to commencement of role
