Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the System Administrator (System Engineering Division) position.

Responsibilities: -

Create a new SAP master for customer, vendor, material & payment term
Issue Sales Orders (SO) – Send Purchase Order (PO) acknowledgement and Proforma Invoice (if necessary) to customers
Issue Purchase Order (PO) – Send PO to vendors
Delivery follow up
Shipping arrangement with customers & vendors
MIGO incoming
Issue Delivery Note (DN) for delivery or FAC for service
Issue Tax Invoice
Monthly reporting
Payment follow up

Requirements: -

GCE 'O' level and above with relevant experiences in manufacturing industry
SAP experiences is a must
