System Analyst - AML Transaction Monitoring (NICE Actimize)

We are looking for experienced System Analysts with strong expertise in NICE Actimize to support our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Transaction Monitoring projects across multiple regions. This role offers the opportunity to work on medium to large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with global stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on medium to large-scale projects within AML transaction monitoring.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in NICE Actimize solutions.
• Understand and articulate end-to-end process flows and system functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project deliverables to meet business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize (Transaction Monitoring, Case Management, Model Configuration).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in application testing, development, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
• Proficiency in Batch Scripting, Control-M, and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Functional knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring systems.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in a vendor/consulting environment.
• 3 years’ AML domain experience.
