System Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET platform (MVC, C#, VB.NET).

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) modules based on business needs.

• Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data processing and reporting.

• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.

• Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams on system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements

• Provide technical support and user training, ensuring smooth system operation and adoption.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

• Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Application Developer.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration and customization.

• Strong programming skills in Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, particularly MVC, C#, and/or VB.NET.

• Solid experience in SQL Server development — queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with system integration and data migration tools.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools is a plus.
