System Analyst - NICE Actimize

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst with strong NICE Actimize expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Actimize Transaction Monitoring and solid knowledge of AIS functions and modules, with the ability to work across database and application environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, implement, and support NICE Actimize solutions for transaction monitoring.
• Work on AIS functions/modules and configure Actimize environments as per business requirements.
• Understand and work with Oracle DB schemas and RCM structure for Actimize implementations.
• Manage and support Actimize SAM versions v8/v9/v10, ensuring smooth operations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Support applications in both Unix and Windows environments.
• Assist in ActOne integration, configuration, and enhancements (preferred).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Actimize Transaction Monitoring.
• Strong understanding of AIS functions/modules.
• Hands-on expertise with SAM v8, v9, and v10.
• Knowledge of RCM structure and Oracle DB schemas.
• Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL for database development and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of ActOne will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
