System Analyst (SAP FICO) - with Growth Opportunities

Reporting to the IT Manager, Candidate is required of the following:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, working with developers to create efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces aligned with business processes.
• Perform configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical expertise and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, offering timely support to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proficient understanding of SAP modules and processes, capable of analyzing and deciphering intricate business requirements
• At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP FICO modules
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Adaptable to the evolving landscape of SAP and IT technologies
• SAP certifications and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA are advantageous
• Familiarity with other technological tools like RPA is considered a bonus
