System Engineer

Job Description

• ·         Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and on-prem:
• ·        Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
• ·         Windows server OS administration, Active directory administration and migration
• ·        Microsoft exchange server , SCCM and WSUS
• ·         Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM):
• ·         Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, apps deployment

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Proven experience working in a Managed Services / MSP environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience with SaaS / email migrations
• Familiar with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (deployment or support experience preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
• Good understanding of Entra ID
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
