System Interaction Engineer (SIE)

Job Summary
The technical lead role is responsible for optimizing Page Yield Optimization (PYO) projects to achieve higher efficiency. It requires solid system level technical understanding of factors affecting page yield and able to drive cross-functions collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional project teams to understand, test and deliver PYO projects.
• Use system level knowledge to troubleshoot page yield related issues.

• Solid system thinking methodology to assess PYO process end to end and find opportunities to optimize the work/lead time.

• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders for project progress, risk and alignment discussion.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 5 years of work experience, preferably in system interaction understanding or related field.
