About our Line of Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems  

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. The System of System Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and business objectives.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead internal team and assemble Subject Matter Experts (SME) from Constituent Systems to respond within contractual SLA upon fault activation.
• Develop 3 yearly workplan and fufil the contracted / planned work load.
• Organise monthly meeting with Stakeholders and present or address SoS matters.
• Participate in end-to-end testing, system integration and troubleshooting works with Constituent Systems team.
• Lead in the development of diagnostics and prognostics tools, digitalization initiatives such has Health monitoring and system end-to-end troubleshooting & testing.

Qualities We Value 

• Minimum 5 years experience as System Integrater or as a System Architect 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Good working knowledge and experience in network and IT systems 
• Previous work experience in military will be advantageous
• Willing to work in and travel to camp sites
• Class 3 license advantageous but not compulsory
• Singaporean only
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
