System Operator

Responsibilities:

• Batch Processing:
• Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting batch jobs.
• Handling tasks including report generation, data migration, data transformation, and system maintenance.
• Addressing batch-related issues and enhancements across multiple systems and entities (e.g., Gift City, HKL, SG).
• Reporting:
• Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports.
• Developing custom reports, addressing report inaccuracies, and supporting report-related changes across different systems and regions.
• Handling both scheduled and ad-hoc report requests.
• Interface Management:
• Managing interfaces between different systems.
• Overseeing data migrations, server migrations, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Working with various file formats and protocols for data transfer.
• Handling interface-related projects and compliance (e.g., MAS655).
• Database Management (limited):
• Engaging in tasks involving database migrations and cleanup activities, particularly related to OPC migrations.
• Project Support:
• Supporting various in-house programs and projects.
• Providing technical expertise and resolving issues related to new requirements and implementations.
• Providing UAT support and testing for new features and functionalities.

• Extensive experience in batch processing, reporting, and interface management within a complex financial system, likely related to trade finance.
• High degree of technical expertise.
• Strong skills in batch processing, data analysis, and system integration.
• Ability to ensure the smooth operation of batch processes, the accuracy of reporting, and the reliable functioning of system interfaces within the organization's financial systems.
