Systems Engineer - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

• Report to IT management to execute and maintain day to day operations as per HQ IT directions and roadmap
• Manage setup and configurations of system and communication infrastructure in typical office setting
• Provide first and second tier help desk support to internal users to ensure smooth daily operations of different systems & platforms
• Provide technical and ad-hoc support for senior executives within the Group
• Investigate, diagnose and solve hardware & software problems
• Support daily operations including backup, network and server performance monitoring
• Collaborate with internal users and/or vendors to execute projects as per business requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk support / system and network management
• Exposure in cloud platform/services (AWS, O365, etc) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Good team spirit and sense of accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in both English and Chinese languages as liaison with China and Hong Kong counterparts is required.

Job title will commensurate with qualifications and experience. More seasoned candidate may be offered a Senior Systems Engineer title.
