Systems Integration Services (Interface Operation) - Career Growth Potential

The Incumbent shall manage all daily system integrations between other interfacing systems and the system and ensure data integrations are successful. The Incumbent needs to work with multiple parties to ensure end-to-end operability of the interfaces.

- The Incumbent shall manage all incoming and outgoing system interfaces from other interfacing systems. This includes external interfaces, external projects, eServices, and applications from client on Internet portals and Commercial Cloud.

- The Incumbent shall provide daily operations support in terms of batch job monitoring and error resolution.

- The Incumbent shall provide inputs for the development and deployment of change requests related to interfaces, such as during requirements gathering and UAT.

- The Incumbent shall profile and analyse data for issues and discrepancies using software tools (such as Microsoft office tools, SAP programs/queries or SQL provided by Authority) when required.

- The Incumbent shall provide analysis and consultation services to other interfacing systems to address operational issues and provide resolution to data problems which includes assisting users to perform data rectifications for complex scenarios.

- The Incumbent shall coordinate with the HR data owner, for HR data where man-in-the-loop decision is required, and to perform the deletion and insertion of HR data sequentially.

- The Incumbent shall monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors.

- The Incumbent shall coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal meetings. Generate reports to management and to various forums, prepare for presentations for meetings when required.

- The Incumbent shall propose, document and work with Authority to implement improvements to the current work processes between other interfacing systems and the system to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness in delivering the integration services.

- The Incumbent shall maintain project resource assignments, track status and initiate appropriate actions in response to deviations from plan to keep the project on-track.

- The Incumbent shall review, propose and update changes to the documentation where necessary.

Education Qualification 

• At least a Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering or IT or Equivalent. 

Required Competencies 

1. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP. 
2. Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue. 
3. Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred. 
4. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions. 
5. Good planning and coordination skills. 
6. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. 
7. Good team player, responsible and conscientious. 
8. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active. 

Required Working Experience 

1. At least 2 years of experience in operation support including end user support, troubleshooting and testing. 
2. At least 2 years of SAP HCM ERP working experience. 
3. Microsoft Excel working experience and competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions is preferred. 
4. SQL working experience and competent in SQL Programming is preferred.
